What is your return policy

At Sliding Door Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
